These terms govern your use of cobaltic.co (the “site”), operated by Advanced Earth Builders LLC, DBA Cobaltic (“Cobaltic,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site.

Examples are not client results or professional advice
The dashboards, schedules, reports, project names, and figures shown on the site are illustrative and use invented data unless we clearly label them as an approved case study. They are not client records, benchmarks, or promises of any result, savings, margin, accuracy, or timeline.

Services begin only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls the scope, fees, confidentiality, ownership, warranties, and liability for the services. If it conflicts with this site, the signed agreement controls.

The site and its original content, design, code, name, and marks are owned by Advanced Earth Builders LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
You may view the site and save or print a copy for your own evaluation. Without our written permission, you may not republish, sell, create derivative works from, frame, or present the site or Cobaltic marks as your own.
- Do not gain or attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
- Do not interfere with operation or send abusive automated requests.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes concerning the site or these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the website, but they do not modify a signed engagement agreement.
